The partner is an independent referral/sales partner and is not an employee, agent, officer, manager, legal representative, or authorized signer of Prestige International Security, Inc.
The partner agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, rules, and fair business practices in the state where the partner resides and in the state where the lead, business, or site is located, including but not limited to California, Nevada, Texas, Arizona, and any other applicable jurisdiction.
Commission is only payable for a qualified new lead that results in a signed client contract and after Prestige receives the first payment from the client. Duplicate, existing, previously contacted, fraudulent, incomplete, or invalid leads do not qualify.
The partner may not sign contracts, promise services, quote binding prices, guarantee staffing, offer employment, or make legal commitments on behalf of Prestige International Security, Inc.
If a lead comes from a site where another security company already has a contract, or from a guard, employee, contractor, subcontractor, or worker currently assigned to that site by another company, Prestige International Security, Inc. is not responsible for any employment dispute, contract dispute, non-compete issue, confidentiality issue, interference claim, breach of duty, or violation by that person. Prestige is not hiring that person, directing that person, or asking anyone to violate any employment agreement, post order, client contract, confidentiality obligation, or company policy.
The partner agrees not to unlawfully interfere with existing contracts, misuse confidential information, misrepresent themselves, pressure guards or employees of other companies, or engage in deceptive, unfair, or unlawful business practices.
The partner must keep client information, pricing, lead information, site details, and company communications confidential and may use such information only for legitimate lead submission purposes.
No earnings are guaranteed. Commission depends solely on a valid lead becoming a closed and paid account under Prestige approval.
The partner agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prestige International Security, Inc., its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, penalties, attorney fees, losses, or liabilities arising from the partner’s conduct, lead source, representations, or violation of law.
By checking the agreement box and typing their full name, the partner agrees that the electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature. The system may store IP address, timestamp, name, signature, browser information, and terms version as proof of acceptance.
